Westinghouse Freestyle 662 Fan Forced Over. Turned on to pre-heat and it tripped the house safety electrical switch. The fan and grill still works, but the oven won't heat. This has happened in 2009 and 2012 - heating element was replaced both times. Please quote for parts and service visit, and include cost to replace light globe (it stopped working a while ago).
