We need to build a 45 square metres deck with pergola at the back of our house and a double carport with extended driveway In Epping 2121. We therefore need experienced architecture to draw the plan and submit it to either council or private certifier. Must be experienced & familiar with Hornsby Council requirement. We need quote with everything included ( GST, application fees to council or certifier etc). You will need to submit the plan for me and this quote is for plan + drawing + submission + approval certificate.
