I am after an architect with experience in unit design
we have a dual block front that is 38m x 59m deep and want to build a set of managed units 1 and 2 bedroom , with underground car parking on it. we need to find some one to investigate the options and feasibility in our area. so that we can then move forward.
target is 3 individual jobs -
a) designs concepts in line with building codes for our area - must meet codes.
b) set of building plans for for council for permits though whitehorse council.
later add adjustments as expected
c) building specification to build and contractor levels for all aspects
a special note is the use of geothermal heating and colling, assisted solar hot water and power and underground car parking ( open), large rainwater storage , grey water storage , gym , work shops , services rooms , common laundry area and lockup storage areas.
you can google the location , we are looking at dual level , in a u shape with large open area in the center ( north side ), where the pool is show now .
while it may be used as a upmarket student accodateion that is not the only purpose.the units must be designed to cater for both.
