House is a single fronted brick victorian terrace house. i have an internal wall between the lounge and dining room that i’d like to remove. it’s a brick wall that is non-structural but it does separate long wall and ceiling spans and therefore would require a lintel. i need plans drafted for a building permit and for builders to quote on.
