Drafting of renovation Plans and assistance with planning application

Need a draftsperson who can assist with drawing up a proposed renovation which requires planning approval (Moreland Council). To include elevations, demolition plan, windows plan, electrical plan etc so I can begin the approval process and get quotes from builders.
Renovation will involve a slight extension (1m) and the removal of a wall so a draftsperson who can assist with soil report and engineer report is prefered.
