The job is for a motorhome conversation or fit out. Space must be optimised in this build with every element of the build to have duel or multi purposes structures. I require plans drawn up with these space saving elements incorporated into the design and the build. I don't want a traditional floor plan however I do want the everyday luxury's that most homes have like shower, living area, bed, dining area, kitchen etc. The van needs storage built in to the structure, for tools, items, BBQ maybe an outdoor kitchen, A washing machine, including 240V, 12V power, inverters, air-conditioning, skylights or maybe a retractable roof included is required as well. The exterior of the van needs surveillance cameras, solar panels, batteries everything for off grid living.
