We are in the final planning stages of building our new 2-storey home and are almost ready to begin construction.
our architect has done much of the base building design and it is now time to start thinking about the interior detailing. rooms such as the bathroom, laundry and master bedroom (including ensuite and robes) need to be designed and documented.
essentially i am looking for an interior designer to undertake the following scope of work:
• joinery - laundry, bathroom, master bedroom ensuite and robes
• finishes - throughout
• lighting throughout
• fittings throughout
• colour scheme throughout
i will need the following documentation supplied as part of the project:
• drawings - wall elevations, joinery for rooms specified above, reflected ceiling plan
• specfications
• schedule of all fittings and fixtures.
i am really looking for an indicative cost/estimate as i am trying to establish our budget and our best path forward for this part of our project.
