We require architectural drawings to begin the process of applying to Council for a building permit. We need to remove two load bearing walls - one internal and one external to create an open plan living area to provide a view to the backyard by installing double windows or bifold doors. Then we need to reconfigure some internal stud walls to create a new laundry and walk-in wardrobe.
