We would like to add a family room/bedroom/ensuite to an existing 3BDR home. We are awaiting house plans from council (we should receive these within 10 days). We would like to sit down to chat about the extension layout options that are possible, reasonable and affordable. We would like to get the plans drawn up for council approval/permits. Thanks.
