I have bought an old housing commission house in corio (geelong). i want to retain the house in the front for rental purposes and subdivide off the land at the rear of the house for a dual-occupancy development site.
i am looking for someone (a town planner preferably in the geelong region) who can put together the town planning application for the sub-division.
i am not planning to develop the rear land myself. i was planning simply to sell it off as vacant land suitable for a single unit.
the total block size is about 700 square metres. a regular sized block of about 15 metres by about 44 metres. i would roughly cut the back off at about 17-18 metres from the rear boundary.
