The strong jobs month continued to stretch our capacity, particularly in New South Wales and Queensland. Overall the fill rate for the month dropped below the critical 50% mark, finishing at a poor 48%. The States finished with:
-
Victoria: 58%

-
Queensland: 33%

-
New South Wales: 35%

There can be no doubt that we need to quickly build up capacity in the Service Central network to fill more jobs.
On a final note, we are seeing good growth in the emerging states of Western Australia and South Australia. WA had 80 jobs posted in August, and SA had 42. We can expect these job numbers to rise dramatically over the upcoming months and will need good quality providers in WA ans SA.
In all, August was another good job month for Service Central and there can be no doubt that we're continuing to grow.
