Here at Service Central we're always hard at work looking for new and better ways to make everyone's lives easier - especially those of our registered businesses.
Our latest project has been to upgrade the customer & business management area (the 'portal') for our businesses and we're just about ready to lift off the covers and show it to the world! But first, we want to hear your thoughts and opinions on the new design.
That's right, we're looking for a few businesses who regularly use Service Central and would be interested in taking the 'new and improved' version out for a ride - and telling us what they thought, of course!
Simply contact your account manager and let them know that you're interested in previewing the new portal. They'll then add you to the list so that you can be notified when the new portal is available to try out!
Almost everything - this is a completely new version of the portal. But the first things you'll probably notice are:
The new portal is aimed at big and small businesses, with the intention of supplying you with all the tools you need to manage all facets of your business - from job and customer management to promoting and marketing your business.
And that's just the beginning. We have so many ideas we almost don't know where to begin!

I'd like to participate in providing you with some feedback in relation to the new portal.
You may remember that before I started my business, I was an process & software developer for over 15 years so with my trades background, perhaps I may be able to add some value. Hopefully those ideas that I put through in the past may at last heard? cheers John
