Food for thought (excuse the pun). These modern-day farms convert city warehouses into abundant crops that use no soil and 95% less water. Also, being super close to the people that are consuming the food (i.e. in the middle of the cities) has to be great for cutting down transportation costs.
Maybe this is how Elon Musk plans to live on Mars?
