Tips from one of our new users on posting jobs!
Here's a few tips from one of our new users: I posted too many jobs at once and could not field all the calls, particularly in business hours when at work. Advice to first timers might include...
- only post one or two jobs at a time (too hard to know who’s calling for what)
- mention any time that they can not call, ie when working. (I ending up having so many calls when at work and could not answer them)
- keep notes online as to who called when, and what their actual name was. It's so hard to call back when you've forgotten their name... "Uh hi, can I speak to the guy who I spoke to yesterday".
Great service, unfortunately I was a bit ambitious, logging quite a few jobs at once!!!
