When responding to House & Garden jobs, please say to the customer that you are calling about their "House & Garden Quick Quote job".
It's that simple. Identify which jobs are coming from House & Garden Quick Quote, and then call the customer and say that you are calling in regards to the "House & Garden Quick Quote job".
How to identify if a Job is from House & Garden Quick Quote
If you are receiving job notifications via SMS, then you can see that these SMS's start with H&G.
For example the SMS would read:
"New@H&G R100537; Bathroom Renovation; I need a Renovator who specialises in Bathroom Renovations in Melbourne within 1 month."
Similarly, if you responded to this job then the SMS would read:
"Success@H&G R100537; Please call Maureen on 0434 xxx 123 regarding her Bathroom Renovation job in Melbourne".
if you are receiving job notifications via Email, then the Emails will be branded as House & Garden Quick Quote jobs.
For example, the Email would have wording and branding as such:
Reminder: The key message is to say you are from House & Garden Quick Quote
Just re-iterating the point. If a job is marked as from "H&G" or "House & Garden Quick Quote" when you call the customer please say that you are from House & Garden Quick Quote.
