We have asbestos cement sheeting underneath our floor tiles. One section has the tiles ripped up with the rest needing the tiles to be ripped up with the removal of the asbestos sheeting. The area is approximately 10 to 15m2 and the asbestos sheeting is nailed to the wooden floor. Most likely it will have to be broken up to remove.
There is also a possible heater that will need to be inspected for asbestos and if it does contain it removal also.
Removalist will need to be a worksafe licensed asbestos removalist with a minimum of a class b certificate.
