We have a detached double garage that has a corrugated asbestos (?) roof and walls lined with fibro. All asbestos and fibro need to be removed prior to demolition. There is easy access to the site for a truck with height less than 2.2 m.
Timber framing can remain, but we will be responsible for removing framing material, provided it is free of all asbestos. Garage roof is covered with potato vine, which (you) will need to be removed prior to demolition. Again, we can dispose of the vegetation is it is asbestos free.
We have a construction certificate from council with permission for the demolition. We would like a certificate/report stating that the site is free from asbestos after work is complete.
