The internal structure needs to be free of asbestos dust/residue and the roof needs to be replaced with colorbond. The walls and ceiling need to be plastered/gyprocked so that the garage can become a pool house/bed sit in the future. Primary concern is to have all asbestos removed safely and residue sealed so that no asbestos can be breathed in. Property settles on the 1st of November. Owner resides in Perth Western Australia. Agent and Vendor happy to meet with Tradesmen on Site to allow for quotes. Owner on site briefly on 1st of November to clarify details with succsessful contractor. Work begins 2nd Nov with completion by December 1st. Must be prepared to meet agent on site to quote at a time that suits all parties. Quote needs to be specific and clearly broken down into costs.would like to know the method used to clean residue.
