It is a 1950's weatherboard in Pascoe Vale VIC and the laundry/sunroom at the back of the house is currently lined (walls & ceiling) in what I believe to be Asbestos cement sheet.
The room is around 5.7m x 1.8m and has 2.7m high ceilings, accounting for doorways & windows etc I would say it is about 45 square metres of sheeting to remove. Most is intact, but some sheets are cracked. There is a side driveway, so access should be fairly straight forward.
