We have a small ensuite measuring approx 1800mm x 1100mm that has been gutted to the frames, including the ceiling. The particle board floor is somewhat rotted and needs to be cut out and replaced ready for waterproofing, tiling on floors & walls, and a shower recess/screen & hand basin installed. There will be some minor changes to the location of the plumbing required. There is also an existing window that will need to be removed, and covered off externally to match the existing exterior cladding wall. A skylight is also planned to be installed. The electrical is not required, we have family that can source these materials and install. We will select and purchase the tiles, vanity, shower screen and tap fittings.
