Bathroom renovation incl. tiling and replace/repair of some floorboard

We are seeking a quote for a bathroom job that includes tiling, replacement of some floorboards, and repair of a water damaged wall. Ideally we would like someone who can tackle all aspects of the job.
We would like to re-tile and waterproof our shower and the rest of our bathroom, including replacing the shower base (either with another base or tiles).
The plaster board/gyprock behind the shower will also need to be replaced as part of the job, due to water damage - some of the tiles below the shower head are coming loose, and there appears to be water damage behind the existing tiles.
We would also like the bathroom floor tiled (currently lino on floorboards).
We have noticed that there is a small hole where a couple of our floorboards have rotted through next to the shower base. These floorboards will need to be replaced/repaired as part of the job.
Small bathroom. About 9 square meters of tiling all up including shower and floor.
