This a bathroom completion project from some time back. There is no demolition needed.
Basic jobs are : Form, waterproof and tile shower base
Tile floor with 15 x 30cm marble tiles (these tiles will also form the shower base). Floor base is very thick Victorian Baltic pine.
Tile plastered walls with smaller white ceramic tile walls to approx. 2m height
There may be some plumbing involved which could mean shifting taps a few centimetres but it will depend on the type of shower screen to be installed.
Install frameless or semi-framed shower screen
There is another bathroom in the house so flexibility in time and working hours can be negotiated to suit your availability. Tradie/s will need to be registered and have own indemnity insurance. Inspection of job prior to quoting welcomed.
