We are looking for a bookkeeper who is associated with or works with an accountant to monitor the accounts of our small business. we have been trying to handle the accounts ourselves but are... We are looking for a bookkeeper who is associated with or works with an accountant to monitor the accounts of our small business. we have been trying to handle the accounts ourselves but are starting to get a bit swamped and our accountant in canberra has recommended that we find a local accountant. we use quicken and have just upgraded our subscription to the 2008/09 version. we have also just purchased another business and need some advice in relation to integration. basically, we need a bookkeeper to check the current state of our accounts and then do a monthly/quarterly check to make sure we're not making mistakes and then an accountant to do the yearly report to ato.
