Working for a few hours (approx. 3 - 4 hours - to be discussed at interview) once a week in a family owned father & son vehicle mechanics workshop office (separate from workshop). 2 directors weekly payroll, do banking of cheques at branch, input data customer invoicing from BOYCE ' vehicle repair industry customer invoicing system' into your chosen accounting package (upload data file preferable that will interface with your accounting package), input creditor invoices for payments EOM & load payments, dual signatories for online payments, set up PO & trade credit applications for trade suppliers, set up common expiry for all relevant insurances & manage inc. registrations of company vehicles (currently personal may need to transfer to the business), experienced with merchant banking facility to interface with your chosen accounting package - which you will already have & provide , online EFT payments, register for quarterly BAS statements on ATO BAS portal & payments to ATO, monthly financial reporting to keep directors on track with business performance. Advice where required. Accurate, anally retentive & professional attention to detail so no mistakes are made please.
