Builder needs quotes from competent tradesmen for a solid-filled concrete series 200 block wall on a front boundary.
U shaped plan - 5400 long and with 2 x 1000 long return walls (all 2000 high). The 5400 long wall has 4 x 390x390 pillars spaced evenly along that wall. I also want 1x390x390 block solid filled pier 2800 high which is to be tied into a nearby retaining wall.
I want clean out blocks used before solid filling the wall and 16mm horizontal reo bars every 2nd course and a bond beam along the top.
There is an existing 500x500 reinforced level concrete footing with trench mesh and starter bars and pillar light conduits in place.
