New home site on stumps. walls etc. completed. need to brick-clad timber posts supporting balcony & canopy.
also need to prepare retaining walls for 3 sets of steps from (a) laundry, (b) garage and (c) main entry steps spanning 7 x 1.5 m ...so that it is ready for concrete forming.
additional concreting of garage floor dirveways etc.
prefer single contractor to undertake all of this (including brick-work). however, will consider separately.
