Need to construct a besser block fence + render both sides of fence. It is for a vacant, flat block, no features necessary. Each side approx 50m, so 100m of fencing required. Both sides of fence need to be rendered also. Uncertain of budget at this stage, budget noted below only put in as i needed to put something.
