Double storey house require new Post and change the Mortar color

1-There are two timber posts in front of our house. We need someone to lay bricks around the posts. Each post is about 2M high and we need 2 bricks laid on each side of the post so as to change them into squre brick posts.
2-This brand new double storey house has a original mortar color -- natural grey, which doesn't match the color of the bricks. So we need someone to help us change it to white or light yellow. The depth of the joints between the bricks is about 5-10mm. So maybe we just need 'point up' or 'tuckpoint'? Professional advice is welcome~
