We have an investment property at 17 Chesterville Drive, Bentleigh East 3165.
The brickwork across the top of the garage door has become loose, both across the lentil and extending to the outer columns which support the lentil.
I need a bricklayer to come by, and carefully remove all said brickwork, hopefully saving the bricks, and then relaying them.
Given this is a safety issue, prompt attention would be much appreciated.
Access can be gained, for viewing and quoting, by simply walking down the driveway from the front entrance gates.
