There are two old carports and a varanda and concrete to be removed, and the site levelled. then we need the watermeter to be moved around a meter to the side. after that we need a new double carport (brick) to be built with new concrete footings and slab.we have also some carpentry work to be done, like changing 5windows to double-glazed ones. two of them are getting smaller, and also there are some glassbricks there are getting relocated too.
i have my drawings, but we need a rough idea of how much everything comes to, to put in for the building permit.then we start straight away .we have the plans with a surveyer already, we are just waiting for an estimate
