The front yard has a 16.5 metre street facing acreage with the two sides measuring approx 15.5 and 11.5 metres. The fence we are looking for is a combination brick+wood. The brick work would be a standard height of 0.5 metres with pillars at every 1.5 metres. The pillar height at 1.5 metre mark should be 1.5 metre in height. the wood work between the brick pillars should be thin wood slats that allow partial visibility to the road / house.
