I am waiting on lintel sizes from the structural engineer. It is likely that I will need three /four lintels installed in a double brick wall and the 1 x doorway (sliding door) and 3 x windows cut out and the door and window installed. You are to collect lintels and supply and fit scaffolding or whatever is needed to install lintels. This is on the ground floor, with the floor raised 1m off ground. I will assist as your 2nd (i.e. helper / support) and therefor expect only to hire one person. Suit brickie / builder.
Work is likely to commence in about 1 month --> March
