Builder needs quotes from competent tradesmen for a solid-filled concrete series 200 block wall on a front boundary. U shaped plan - 5400 long and with 2 x 1000 long return walls (all 2000 high). The 5400 long wall has 4 x 390x390 pillars spaced evenly along that wall. I also want 1x390x390 block solid filled pier 2800 high which is to be tied into a nearby retaining wall. I want clean out blocks used before solid filling the wall and 16mm horizontal reo bars every 2nd course and a bond beam along the top. There is an existing 500x500 reinforced level concrete footing with trench mesh and starter bars and pillar light conduits in place. Contact me if you want a site visit, which is suggested. Before engagement, I will need the successful contractor to provide a copy of their current public liability insurance cover and workers compensation cover. I need the job done within a fortnight
