I have a veranda that is attached at one corner to my house and at another corner to my garage. There are two large cracks in both the garage and the corner of the house where the roof joins. I need someone who knows about brick work and structural support to have a look and advise me on what steps need to be taken to repair both of these problems. I think the garage is moving because if the dry weather we have been experiencing and it is pulling the roof along with it which is in turn moving the veranda and damaging the brick work to the house.
Any help will be appreciated.
