There is a large crack on the front boundary brick fence which needs to be repaired. The crack is caused by one part of the fence leaning towards the street side of the boundary and the leaning has become progressively worse. The part of the fence that is leaning has concrete footings but these have sunken into the ground causing the fence to lean and crack.
