I require a brick plinth and piers to be constructed for a front fence.
Eight piers 2.1 metres high two bricks square each pier. Each pier to have a concrete cap.
5 plinths each two metres wide and one meter high between 6 of the piers.
There will be a sliding gate for cars and a pedestrian gate between the remaining piers.
Intention is to have 1.1 meter high timber palings above plinths.
Planning permit already obtained
