Looking for somebody to supply, and lay, and core-fill 2200 200mm concrete blocks.
Very simple 17.6m x 7.4m rectangular structure, on it's own new slab next to (but not connected to) an existing residence. Skillion design, high wall is 5.4m high, lower wall is 3m. 11 Lintels, plans & engineer design available on request. Reo at 1m spacing and some vertical service conduits to run.
Excellent site access, very flexible schedule. Labour can be provided especially on weekends.
