1:New upper deck extending out from back door approx 3m wide x 8m long (2m high sloping block). House is red clinker brick, so would like to incorporate into deck somehow eg pillars or foundation.
2: renovate lower verandah. Currently concrete base floor, cinder block walls, tin/timber roof. Very dark. Would like to remove cinder block walls to make space light and airy. Replace with clinker brick pillars. Upper deck to connect with lower verandah.
