We have an existing flat roof 2 car carport (10m x 4m) with an adjoining weatherboard workshop at the rear (6m x 3m). We would like to have these removed and replaced with a fully enclosed garage with roofline to match existing house plus a new 6 x 4 m weatherboard workshop, again with matching roofline. The enclosed garage will have a brick wall along the property boundary and have terracotta roofing tiles to match existing house. Both would require new concrete pads and foundations. Garage would include automatic sectional garage door.
