We need about 2 hours of a builder/inspectors time to inspect a property up near Olinda with us several buildings do not have final inspections and we feel they are well built ,but want to confirm whether these would pass todays standards these where built around 1993 , we have already made an offer on the property but need to confirm the above and also get an approx $$ figure to get the following done.
Guttering downpipes flashing on 3 buildings , garage/barn with slab, & several skylights.
Hope someone can help we are happy to pay youre hourly rate.
