Complete redesign of downstairs layout with minor upstairs work.
A totally unused wide hall space separating a narrow lounge area needs the dividing structural wall removed. Entire area redesigned with electrical and new plaster.
Back wall on house has 2 narrow windows with small dividing wallspace. This requires opening to pergola area.
Side french doors removed and space reduced for sliding door.
Stair well to upstairs requires opening up for easier access of larger items (minor job).
There are a couple of minor alterations with upstairs bedroom doors not on plans to be discussed as well as an apparently non structural wall separating kitchen and dining areas to be considered for removal/redesign.
