We have a 15 year old house low set brick house with 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom. we would like to extend upstairs to add a bedroom, ensuite and lounge area. current roof area currently has solar installed for pool heating.
really would like to know if possible to extend upwards or if using current yard space woudl be a better option.
