Firstly, i have no idea how much this will cost.
I would like to get an idea of what is required and the approximate ballpark cost to renovate the house to have a new second story including an upstairs toilet and bathroom, and three bedrooms.
The existing house is brick - veneer built late 60's with a concrete tile roof. The existing roof is in average condition needing re pointing and new valleys in approx 5 years.
