We are looking add a second story to a four bedroom brick house. the current bathroom and laundry will need to be moved into a different location in the house. the second story will only be added to the back section of the house and we want a balcony bathroom, bedroom and dry kitchen up upstairs. basically we are looking design a home that can be separated into two separate living environments, but can also easy be converted back into a single resident property. we are looking to keep the design as simple and functional as possible. middle of the range sort of job.
