We need a 42 square home built which we can provide engineering and council approved plans for. we need a flexible turn key company who will allow us to provide our own floor coverings, cabinetry, electrical, ducted air, vacumaid/int/security, concrete and some bi-fold windows and doors - we would also like to have a pool put in throughout construction and would like to use our own pool builder. the home is a highset with 9 foot ceilings, colorbond roof and rendered. we would also like to have it finished by february next year as we are getting married then, but this is not a nescesity. please call so we can discuss budgets.
