Have had a drafysman draw up some plans for a proposed home renovation and to include a new internal stairwell but were advised costs would get up very quickly so have decided to do it in stages.
want to line the downstairs area walls and roof. insert a couple of walls segmenting the proposed rumpus area and existing washhouse. want to include a new toilet and shower downstairs in wash house area. have a aluminium ranch sliding door to be put in place of where the garage tilt a door is now.
