size will be 7m x 12m subject to building approval. Timber frame & colorbod roof. Looking for a double pitched gable roof with 7mts one section and 5mts the other. The 7mtr section needs the ability to close up by way of bi fold doors or the likes for 7m x 4m and will also require the same area in decking. Only interested in dealing with a registered builder with all the appropriate insurances, who will look after permits and drawings as well. Will want to inspect previous work & reference check.
