move original 2nd bedroom door over by 1 metre and install a built in wardrobe.
re-stumping laundry floor to level out. move kitchen into laundry with dining area. open out the wall with french doors to increase natural lighting. extend concrete patio to include mini laundry and rumpus/extra bedroom/ living space.
