We would like to add a fourth bedroom to our low-set brick home. the room would be approximately 3 x 3.5 metres, with one window and access via kitchen. the existing roof is tile. we would like the extension done in blueboard and then have the whole house rendered. there are other areas of the house in hardiplank that will also need to be replaced with blueboard.
