We have an existing 5 bedroom home. It currently only has a 2 car garage. We want to add an extra garage in the back yard using access down the side of the house. The garage will be mainly used as a workshop, but be fully usable as a garage when the house is sold in the future. It should match the house, with the same colour tiles, exterior finish (granosite), and have roof and wall insulation (It will be a/c)
